well, actually i wouldnt consider myself a pro at all...but i try to comment on the deck anyway

1) For a huge deck like this,
more hourglasses are a must...your not going to use them all, but you need one early and with only 3 of them the chances starting without an hourglass are simply to high
2) As you already mentioned...many cards in there...several of them i would consider "fun" cards, meaning they have a nice effect, but they dont contribute to a main theme. Cards i mean would be:
- Crusader - only one weapon in your own deck...so the chance to play this combo are about 1/30...
- Nymph tears - only a random nymph?!
- Shard of Divinity and Stone Skin: More HP are always nice...but Shards of Gratitude would probably be stronger in a stall
- Mindgate - fun, but unreliable
I dont know how important these cards are for you, but they could simply be removed, without lowering the effectiveness of the deck...removing them actually would allow to increase the focus of the deck...
3) You put cards in the deck of slow, stalling decks (like sundials, dim shield, bone wall) AND cards usually found in fast, rush decks (like novas, graboids) - if you are REALLY, REALLY lucky you draw these cards at the perfect moment...but thats pretty much unlikely...so you might have to decide:
Which is the focus of my deck?
4) Lack of synergies: You got some cards in there, which work great with proper combos...but you dont have them in there?
Like:
Fallen druids -> which of your creatures are you going to mutate?? Druids work great if paired with some source of creature spam...like Firefly Queen, Pharaoh or Bone Yard...maybe even with frataled or twinned creatures (though Twin Universe can normally be used better then simply for Mutation...)
Bone Wall -> Bone Walls are incredible stalling shields IF you have a reliable source of Creature Control or own creatures you can feed to the bone wall...sure you got a single firestrom...but after that strom your enemy can recover and soon the wall might be down, as there is no further source to actually kill enemies creatures...oh, wait forgot the owls eye! still might not be enough...
5) I dont know cards: there are some cards that might work great in some environments/situations but may not work in other situations...like
dissipation shield: great in late game, if you have tons of pillars out...but useless if drawn early
fire shield: great for killing hard to kill critters, like anything immaterial, but useless against high HP creatures, as you still take the full damage.
For instant changes:
- remove novas - 2 in a 60 card deck arent worth it
- think about removing some "fun" cards
- add at least 2 hourglasses
- a single explosion wont help a lot...a second pulverizer might be more effective?
- think about changing some shields to permafrost shields - they are simply great when paired with Shards!
- either add more creatures/better creatures (like phase dragon, lava destroyer, otyugh) or add more quints - your offense will be devastated by any amount of creature control
These are my first thoughts...not really creative, but i hope its helpful...
To name detailed ideas, it might be good to know what opponents you want to face with this deck..FGs i assume? If so, you will probably have to shrink that deck even further to increase the focus of the deck...
Furthermore, it would be great to know, if you are looking for a fast deck, that may loose if it doesnt kill fast enough or a stall deck, that might be rushed, but wins often when it established its lock....i am afraid, you cant have both

The deck that will come out might not be as much fun (as in surprise), but it might be more efficient...
