You won't have enough :darkness for the steals if you're only getting :darkness from your mark. I'd also say to remove procrastination because I don't really see it being useful and it is quite expensive. 6RTs are also a bit excessive.

I agree with furball that procrastination costs too much :time unless it was upgraded.  However, switching out some time pillars for time pendulums can help produce extra  :darkness quanta for steals.
Add drain life because maxwell's demon kills this deck.

I was working on a deck like this before, and it worked quite well. You don't need that many nightmares.

Yes, I run procrastinations, because they've saved my life before. I like win ratios, not grinding speed. If you don't want them, throw in precogs in place of them.
If you have an eternity, take out 2 RT and 1 dagger, throw in an eternity, a pillar and a precognition.
Main weakness is going to be lack of damage, draws and high CC.
