I made this deck a few days ago and it has been quite successful against AI3 and pvp1.
Code: [Select]
5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5id 5id 5ig 5ig 5ig 5ig 5ig 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5la 5la 5liThe goal is to use 1 of the nymphs tears on a water pillar, then use that nymphs power to get white nymphs.  If the dragons are out, use the white nymphs luciferine on the dragons.  Please comment!

Here are the changes I would make to this deck:
+ Ice Shield
- 2 Golden Dragons
- 2 Light Pillars
+ 3 Water Pillars

Since you don't need the dragons anymore, it is best to switch all the light pillars into light pendulums.  Pendulums are legal targets of the Tears ; therefore, light pendulums get to become light nymphs as well as producing additional water quanta.

I am still going to keep the dragons because they are a source of damage if I do not draw a nymphs tears or it gets killed or I do not have enough quanta to make a light nymph.

We were suggesting to drop the golden dragons, not the ice dragons.  In any case, the deck below is how I interpreted your deck.

Code: [Select]
5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i9 5id 5id 5id 5ig 5ig 5ig 5ig 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq 5mq

I understood that, but then I would have a surplus of light quanta and only a miracle to use.

You could switch light with aether : turquoise nymph are 7/2, but they have immortality.  Just something to consider.

Or your strategy could be focused completely on the light nymphs and dragons.

My strategy is to get the nymphs out and enough quanta to get the dragons out.  I picked light because their nymph has the highest attack.  What I am trying to do is to make as many light nymphs as possible as quickly as I can and build up enough quanta to get the dragons out.  Although I can understand the point for using a turquoise nymph, it sacrafices a good dragons and 1 damage per nymph per turn.

I don't think you have enough quanta to support both ice dragons+tears+blue nymph ability and golden dragon.
