What's unclear about it?
It shows the fastest decks against Ai3 and also shows how many times they lost, so you can choose a really quick one or a good, consistent one.

if you want a consistent deck go with the shrieker rush or antagon's PvP rainbow. They're both quite fast and have minimum losses. (According to the tests)

My recommendation is a death rush, shrieker rush, or adrenaline rush, in that order.  The death rush is a shade slower, but it loses signifigantly less an requires less clicking/thinking.

the entropy elder murders the shrieker rush even worse.

You must be hitting a bad luck stretch because the death rush should lose less than any of the other fast unupped rush decks.  The PvP graboid rainbow you posted up a bit is also a good choice that has a low number of losses.
