Need some advice

Right now, I am in the process of grinding level 5 AI with Scaredgirl's (almost) unpgraded deck (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1615.0.html).

Although it is doing well, is there a more appropriate deck I should be using/working toward? My ultimate goal, of course, is to grind FG's. What would be a good deck to work for, given the current deck I'm using?

So far, I've upgraded:

2x Oty's
2x Hourglasses
1x Fallen Druid

Any help would be really appreciated.

since you have allready uppraded otys, hourglasses and a elf, puppy chows deck (the 2nd) might be your first goal to head on.

ccyb is actually the most popular, and as far as i know the most effectiv, fg grinding deck atm.
its always nice to have a good rainbow base in your collection .

both deck are using shards. t50 gives you the best chance to win them.
decks for t50 grinding, can also be found in the deck archive (upped and unupped ones).

some ppl advice to farm ai3 aswell for gaining cash (or score).

The Scaredgirl's deck with those 5 upped cards is enough to win FGs with win% around 10-20%, so go for it with the deck you have now. Even the very best fully upgraded anti-FG decks have win% ~50. Grinding AI5 will take you really long time to get the money (~40-60k) for those kind of decks.

Usually you win 1 upped card every 3rd time you win FG, and by selling those cards you can get tons of money to get the more cards in your deck upgraded. Every time you upgrade a card, the win% increases and the time to get the money for next upgrade gets shorter. Depending how much you're spending time to play, you can get your deck upgraded within a couple of days or couple of weeks.

Thanks for the advice fellas. I suppose I could try grinding some FG's instead of the HB's.

FGs are definitely better than HBs in terms of winning electrum, but you have to have a good deck or else theres no point. Score probably won't rise as much though.

I suggest you grind some more AI3 until you get all the hourglasses of that deck upgraded, then farm FG. Then, I build RoL/Hope and then I am currently saving for CCYB, which is pretty awesomely good. Twin's Butterfly deck is nice, but it has 3 purple nymphs, so I need one more.  I think both of these stats are the same, but I still prefer CCYB.

Also, if you lose score when you start grinding FG, don't worry about the loss of scores. That was all that had when I started. That;s the only tip I can gladly give you.

what i would suggest to you if your trying to move onto fgs is to use a RoL/Hope deck only because they only need 6 upped cards. and they do pretty well. even with just the RoL's upgraded.
