I would say it is very heavy on a few types of quanta for a straight rainbow with no regular towers.  You don't use any quanta from  and the only  is to evolve the graboids.  At the same time you are using a lot of  and  .  You are actually going to need much more  than  , so I'd start by changing the mark.  I'd also recommend changing the dusk mantles to fog shields because the ability to use them earlier and spreading out quanta usage better is going to make up for the 10% difference in blockage.  With rain of fires it wouldn't be a bad idea to take a condor, bone wall, or graveyard since these cards benefit from deaths.  Try to find cards you like and work well from as many different elements that you can when you are making a rainbow and try to keep the quanta usage somewhat even.
