Need help with my time deck!!

This deck works fine with slow decks but i can't beat those fast decks (very hard to beat  decks too). Any idea what should i change or upgrade (I'm new so I don't have much money).

First off, decide what you're going to do.  There are a few different types of decks you can build with the cards you've shown, but you can't just mash them together.

Option A: Monotime Rush
Ghosts of the Past, Time Factories and an equal number of Time Pendulums with Time mark (helps against EQ), some Reverse Times, Procrastination(s) and Eternities.  Devonian Dragons optional.

Option B: SoR/Pharoah
Quanta generators (Time pillars/Pends), Pharoahs, Shards of Readiness and possible Eternities or Procrastinations.  Use SoR on the Pharoahs to generate free scarabs and use SoR on the scarabs in order to eat your opponent's creatures.

Option C: Pharoah/Gravity
Quanta generators and Pharoahs with a Gravity mark and some Time Pendulums.  Uses 1-2 Chimera in order to bypass Dimensional Shields.  Can have Eternity/Procrastination/Reverse Time depending on preference.

I concentrate more to pharaons and scarabs but i dont have enough SoR to replace gravity mana. With this deck in 5-6 turns i can destroy all of my oponents monsters (doesn't work with  though), but by that time i have less than half hp left so the enemy can easily finish me off with weapon/spells since i have no way defending my self from those. Any idea how to fix this?

Making this a trio would be more trouble than it's worth.

I concentrate more to pharaons and scarabs but i dont have enough SoR to replace gravity mana. Any idea how to fix this?

If you want to concentrate on Pharoahs and Scarabs without SoR then go with option C.  Use Eternity, RT, and/or Procrast to defend yourself while setting up.  Take out useless (for this strategy) cards like Hourglass, Scarab and Ghost of the Past.  Change your mark to gravity, take out gravity pendulums and use time pendulums for gravity quanta.
