Hey guys i really want this deck and its alot of fun i didnt see any post of this deck so i think this is myt deck now Do you think i can improve this deck?

well it looks fine
-2 azure drag +2 explosion -1 sky blitz +1 fog shield and -6 crimson dragon +6 phoenix
since phoenix pwns

This is actually quite solid as is, but I'm kind of skeptical about the Azure Dragons, since you already have Sky Blitz to use up your quanta (and your Damselflies actually will let you Blitz every second or third turn once the deck gets going).

As Bloodline suggested, Fog Shield or Explosion are good choices to replace the Azure Dragons with. If you want more durable creatures to build damage with, then try using some unupped Phoenixes instead of Crimson Dragons.

The quanta balance is probably just about right once you get rid of the Azure Dragons.

Ok I switched the dragons for the shields and really dont need them because i wont get an EM with them and if i play without i just win with 80 life instead of 90 so it doesent make a big difference. i also have an eagle eye , should i use it?

The Shields are important because they can save your hide against rush decks.
The Eagle's eye wouldn't hurt, I think.
