Hey guys, new to the forums, and I could use a little help with my deck.

The goal I'm going for with this deck is to pause an opponents monster's using Freeze, Ice Bolt, Ice Shield, and at times Toadfish's ability. Meanwhile using a combination of Toadfish/Ice Dragon's high attack power and Chrysaora's poison ability to damage the opponents health down to zero.

I have only really encountered one major problem so far, But please point it out if you see a clear fault.

There is no way to destroy an enemies permanents with this deck(Whether it be shield or weapon.) In my last match alone I was destroyed by my opponents 'Inferno' weapon in a fire deck. I did manage to stop his assault of Dragons and Golems but Ice Shield/Freeze can't freeze the enemy player. Suggestions?

Other than that though, I rather like the deck. It works well against other players (Atleast in PVP1), though AITop50 seems to just destroy it. AI3 is easy enough, netting me around 90% victories there.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Any cards to get rid of/replace?

right off the bat, best thing i could say is take out the air pendulums, switch the mark to air and add 2 more water pillars, or death for poison, whatever works. more dragons and less icebolts also might help with damage but reduce CC, so more freezes maybe.

i will test in trainer and tweak it a bit to see what i can get

Edit 1: Taking out the bolts in favor of freezes along with an air mark helped fairly well, the added dragons helped only a little bit but the toadfishes combined with the chrysaora is usually enough.

this is the modified version, still testing other ideas however.

Inho, the deck lacks focus...making it a trio isnt probably the strongest choice...

If you want to make it stronger, you should probably try to make it a duo deck:
either might go for more poison, more emphasizing the poison aspect and skip toad fishs
-> e.g. change mark to death, add poison (card), 1-2 arsenic if you have them.

or you skip the poison idea and strengthen the air aspect...but for this ive got no good idea atm.

in any case the deck lacks some defense, as this deck is not really a fast killer...i would probably add 1-3 purifies (SoGs would be better, but i assume you dont have any...)...1 or 2 arctic squids could also be useful, but as these are rare, too,....

just my 2 cents...
