Need help With a T50 Killing deck/ list of current farms

Could someone possibly recommend me a deck for killing the Top50 and who are the current rare farms (if there are any)? thanks!
and if possible PLEASE don't post decks requiring upgrades thanks!

Both of these decks work awesomely fast and are fun to play. For the second one, you can swap out 3 Pillars and a Dagger for Reverse Times, Earthquakes, Shields, or any other reasonable earth or cheap Time item you want.
