I was wondering what a good time deck DUO would be. I was thinking  :aether :time because I'm currently using Aether.

I also have 2 Pharaohs, so....are there any suggestions? I'm going to use this for PvP, not PvE.

There's I've GotP Time (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,22028.0.html), but it sounds like you are low on rare cards, like Eternity. Also it's all upgraded, but I think you can get away with most of it being unupgraded. Animate/flying weapons are a must though. There is a PvP version for it by TheIdioticIdiot here. Well, if you're looking for a duo to beat the other guy to a pulp without a lick of subtlety, I highly recommend using Earth.  There are many, many different ways you can go with this duo, depending on what your favorite strategy is as well as what you expect of your opponent.  If you really want to use your Pharaohs, I recommend a build similar to this:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4t5 58o 58o 58o 58o 58s 58s 590 590 590 590 590 590 593 593 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rs 5rs 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 8pm

This deck has the benefit of slowing down your opponent while still providing fast creatures.  Should your opponent have one of those annoying %age shields (Fog Shield or Dusk Mantle), the spam of Scarabs should be able to quickly overwhelm him.  In addition to this, the Graboids are obviously the game's best cost/attack ratio creature, and they provide quite a large beatstick for you.

Should you choose to go a more Stall-ish route, there is always something along these lines:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4t5 4t5 58u 58u 58u 58u 58u 58u 594 594 594 594 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5rj 5rj 5rp 5rp 5rp 5rp 5rp 5rp 5rs 5rs 8ps

Keep in mind, this deck is not meant to beat your opponent down from the get-go.  Instead, you want to mass your quanta while you hide behind your shield.  Ideally, you will want to save your Sundails for as long as possible, as they will prevent your opponent from delivering that final killing blow, while you ready a couple of Stone Skins to put your life total well out of reach.  At that point, the damage that you've been doing, while relatively little, looks like a good deal more all of a sudden.  Also, this allows you to have enough time to get a Pharaoh out and start pumping out Scarabs that will eventually overwhelm your opponent.

Either route you wish to go (or neither, as there are plenty of decks using these two elements that don't have Pharaohs at all), best of luck to you!

Hmm Time... Do you really need to combine that with anything? ;)

Many synergies have been pointed out already - Aether and Light are good for stalling, Earth for rushing, Gravity has synergies with Dune Scorpion and Pharaoh, Entropy can also turn on your Dunes (but only if you can upgrade those Chaos Powers) while providing more stall capacities. And last but not last it makes an excellent base for rainbow decks.

One duo that is not so well known but that I really like is  :time/ :air.
This is a more stalling combination as well - Air has a lot of really nice cards to keep you alive, like Shockwaves for CC and Fog Shield or Wings as Shield. Fog is the faster of the two while Wings can completely shut down some opponents while also taking care of annoying weapons. Moreover, Eternity is one of the best cards to fly out with Flying Weapon, as this allows you to rewind two creatures per turn and not only lock the opponent's draw, but also reduce his board position. Here is an example of how you can build such a deck:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5oi 5oi 5ol 5ol 5on 5on 5on 5on 5on 5on 5oo 5oo 5oo 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rl 5rl 5rl 5rl 5rl 5rl 5ro 5ro 5ru 5ru 5ru 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 8pr

Here the idea is to kill the opponent's airborne creatures with Shockwaves and Owl's Eye and block the rest with Wings. You don't really need more than 3 Wings as you can chain them quite easily with all your draw power. Ghosts and Flying Weapons finish the job here.
