How can I improve quanta peoduction better?

Change the quantum pillars to gravity pillars/fire pillars/pendulums. I don't know the exact amounts you should use, but quantum pillars aren't efficient in this deck.

You probably need approximately 6-8 Gravity Pillars and 4-5 Burning Pillars for this make.  You could probably also just run an Air Mark, remove the pends, and have the mark power your Flying Weapons and Fog Shield since they don't cost too much to play.  Remove the Quantum Pillars, they're a burden to this deck since they're unreliable with the quantum they give.

I would definitely try to figure out the best balance of Fire Pendulums and Air Pendulums with a Gravity Mark. Maybe 8 and 6? Then adjust after you test it out.
