i need a deck for my first fg encounter..

Then go and try yourself in the trainer. Still, with your deck I'd say that this would be quite hard - Ferox has tendency to spam Life creatures fast and get massive amount of healing from Feral Bonds.

Nah, you could do it easily if Ferox never drew any shields, bonds, dragons, frogs or cockatrices (leaving 12 leaf dragons, 12 RoLs, 2 epinephrine, 34 towers and 2 staves). It's a 1 in a billion chance of getting such a draw (literally) if the game only lasts 10 rounds (which, let's face it, is a higher level of damage than this deck can manage), but it isn't impossible.

On topic, I don't know of any decks that are at all similar to yours that can kill FGs. There are decks that are completely different that can do it very easily. An aflatoxin mutation deck with a lot of steals can destroy Ferox. But mono life? Nah.

Just play fractal pests. Can steal his feral bonds if you don't get vamps out fast enough. I think fire stall would work too, only you need to carry a mirror shield to counter his jade shield.

Except FGs draw 2 cards every turn, so after 10 turns Ferox will have drawn 27 cards (26 if they go second and you count the first turn in the 10, 28 otherwise). The chance of drawing 27 from a pool of 62 out of 102 without replacement is 0.00000786%, which is admittedly not 1 in a billion. My maths was wrong on two counts earlier; I accidentally used 60 instead of 62 for the "okay cards" amount, used 28 cards drawn instead of 27, and equated 1.0*10^-8 with 1 in a billion, instead of 1 in 100 million.

So anyway, the odds are literally 79 in a billion (to two decimal places).

If I calculate it with 64 instead of 62 its even 238 in a billion.
