The more cards in the deck, the lower it's efficiency. So you might have the occasional win, but you are relying on certain cards too much. Therefore, you are more susceptible to bad draws.
Some flaws I've noticed:
- Too many Shards of Divinity, replace them with Shards of Gratitude - more healing in the long run
- Only one quintessence? The rest of your creatures are as good as dead then.
- Your inclusion of 4 Time Towers is unnecessary.
- Sort out 3. and you can drop out two of the Hourglasses.
- With your Time-Dependence sorted out, you can switch mark to Entropy - this will fuel your Super Nova's
- Put in 6 Supernova's. These are invaluable.
- Another Quintessence or two would be immensely useful
You want to stream line your deck so that it achieves it's goal. You seem to be wanting a 'Time-Rush' in which you play as many hour-glasses as possible and draw lots and lots of cards. But, to put these cards into play you need more quanta. So, ultimately you are driving a very fast car on very low fuel. Decide on the goal of your deck, whether it is all-out offence or stalling, and play to that goal.
It looks to me like a Stalling-Deck. You pretty much rely on your sundials and Phase Shields to get the correct combination of cards in your Hand and enough Quanta in your stock to play a lot of cards at once and hopefully turn the table on your opponent.
But, in that sense a 60 card deck is less likely to find the 7 or 8 cards you require to pull this off, than a say 40 or 30 card deck.
