Grabbows are known for being immensely fast (at least among unupped decks) and highly customize-able. If you have seen a common weakness among the group of decks you plan to fight against, modify it around and pack some counters. I suppose this is for arena bronze/silver? Flayers are better CC if you have diverse defense options in the deck, removing skills is very good for the long fights.
If you are having trouble with immorushes, pack some continuous CC like otys (I know I am out of my mind) or warden with buffs. Alternatively, subbing in a heal might also do, as extra hp is vital in the phase of exchanging blows between 2 rushes. If none of the above makes sense to you, just use more lightnings/freezes/shockwaves, however, they are not guaranteed to work once the golem has out-grown the CC range. (Ideally maxwell's is the solution but the deck has no quanta for it.) Gravity Pull slows you down but is a guaranteed kill.
Oh, and, by the way, sometimes, discord work with these decks. Especially when you are using SoFo. Yup, like many of you here, I yelled at my RL friends "arsenic is better in grabbows" but they won't listen. It turns out that they got tons of goodies from bronze with the mod though... I dunno.
PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.

Thanks for the surprising amount of help to everyone :D Its reassuring that there is a good community here. Ive tried to listen to everyones suggestions in improving my deck and here is the current iteration (P.S. This deck with minor changes is my 2nd ever arena deck and its going 15-3 in silver arena :D )

As you can see, Ive sacrificed nearly everything for speed. The results are good so far. Bad hands can kill me and the deck changes pretty much with every match at the moment so this might be different by the time you guys read this :)

I swap in or out an Iridium Warden, an extra Momentum, and sometimes the Heals with whatever feels right at the time. Lightning is there to kill off the first golem of an Immorush. Blessing for extra Oty/whatever else protection or to buff the Warden if he's in the deck at the time. Purify because poison was a problem at some point.  Shards of Serenity are for three reasons: Making up for lack of monsters in the deck, allowing me 'extra' upgraded cards in my silver arena deck and just for a little variety really. They always seem to give me SOMETHING useful.

Also, about the upped Snovas? I dont think they should be upped but I wasnt thinking.

Upped SNs are "win more" cards in grabbows. Sure, you got tons of quanta to play more cards, but if you start with those you will be delayed for a few turns.
Heals are good enough to make you survive a turn or 2 of poison, enough for graboids to finish off the opponent. I mean, is poison SoSac so popular in silver?
To deal with chrysaora poison flayers can remove the source.
Yes, SoSes are pretty decent even in nova-quantum rainbows. Why? Grabbows usually play with a relatively empty hand. They have few control cards and dump almost everything it can at their opponent to rush. SoSe gives 3 cards. It is not too likely that all 3 are dead cards. In arena particularly, when the opponent has some more HP, the high-cost cards from the shards might be able to be funded in mid-late game for finishing damage.
