i just cant get to the rare spins in the arena!!

There's a lot of stuff going on there. First of all, you are going to be really short on  By my count you need 26, which is way too much for a rainbow with a different mark. You seem to be going for a death effect/skeleton army with a lot of PC. I would suggest -2 deflags, -3 sundials (already have enough stalling), swap out the toadfishes for otyughs, swap a dim. shield for a boneyard and if u have one, toss in an eternity.

Don't forget that a 40-card deck without hourglasses means that it's hard to draw the cards you need.

Your deck size isn't too bad, considering the 3 sundials. What really needs work is your quantum usage- its too umbalanced with all that fire. Those RoFs are too expensive for your rainbow. Try alternative CC options, if you must- your CC is sufficient without the RoFs. I'd replace them with either a Sanctuary or sundials- while you don't need extra stall, it would add more protection for your early game and allow you more time to set up your elf/boneyard/CC combo.

Unlike the above, i would have said take out the bolts instead of RoFs, there almost never going to do more then 9. While the RoFs can be extremely helpful.
