First off, remove the unupped novas, there not helping much, either get all supernovas and drop a few towers, or drop all novas/SNs and add a couple towers.
second, it needs quints and a second pulverizer in place or  arsenic.

I thought something was missing but didn't realize for a while. Hourglasses are a big help in a rainbow
-3 nova -1 arsenic +4 hourglasses +1 crusader mark to time. I think that will improve it quite a bit

Fate eggs are a no from me at least and the chance of a first turn SN isnt great with only 2 SN.

You have too many Quantum Towers imo. Less of those and more of Supernovas would be better.

Remove the SoD's and SN's and add an oty and 2 more towers.
Remove the Fire buckler and add an fire storm.
Add an eternity and remove 2 steals and 1 mindgate.
Add an boneyard and an bonewall.

Except I'd leave in the mindgate and not put in a boneyard. I find boneyard to be somewhat of a waste of space.

Neah,mindgate is just to RNG'ed,i preffer boneyard+druid combo.
