My basic un upgraded 60 card rainbow https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=2996.msg25385#msg25385

Ok so this is my first post on the forums. After some good play time and going through different deck builds Ive made my own variation of a old deck made by scaredgirl with some of the new cards.I'd like to post it to get some feedback and please remember original idea for this came from scaredgirl.Anyways moving on.

The cards are as follows.

15 Quantum Pillars
6 Novas
1 Boneyard
1 Arsenic
2 Bone Walls
1 Aflatoxin
4 Otyugh
1 Graviton Fire Eater
2 Empathic Bond
1 Adrenaline
1 Fire Bolt
1 Lava Golem
1 Chrysaora
1 Mind Flayer
3 Blessing
1 Firefly Queen
1 Owl's Eye
4 Golden Hourglass
6 Sundials
3 Steal
3 Dimensional Shields
1 Fallen Elf.

Details:

Ok well the old Scaredgirl's rainbow was a brilliant deck ofcourse this was before the sundial's were nerf'd.However using that deck even after sundials were nerf'd it was rather effective.I kept the sundials because you are running a large deck and those draws help so much in a 60 card deck.Plus even with them nerf'd they are useful for stalling still and I like to use them in combo to empathic bond to stop my attacks before I finish them to elemental master.

Now I put in a Chrysaora because the old deck didnt use up much water or death quanta on a constant base.By having a Crysaora you can get in steady damage by poisoning the oponent. This damage is cumulative and works even when sundial is in effect and bypasses shields.Sure the poison alone wont make you win but it has made a large difference. Its just knowing when to use poison and when to not use it.I put in a Arsenic for the same reason. The poison is DoT and doesnt go away unless they use purify. In the old deck I remember there being a plate armor which was cool for oty however I felt a blessing was more effective.Seeing as how the old deck didnt make much use of light quanta this seemed to make sense.Plus even without the plate armor you use up earth quanta with your lava golem.

I added an adrenaline to be used with the lower attack monsters that are used often such as firefly queen which increases damage output to 12 per turn which makes her stomp on dragon territory. It's also put in to be combo'd with aflatoxin.I use aflatoxin to poison a monsters on my side preferably a skeleton if I got one out.One complaint I have heard often with malignent cells is monster control however it can be controled using Oty to devour them when you need to summon new monsters.Just as well Owl's eye can be used to make room.Combine this with Bonewall and you have a shield that almost never ends.Ofcourse this is based on if you can get this combo out at all.

I seem to get dimensional Shields more often which is just fine they both serve the purpose of stalling the oponent out while you get through your deck to the good stuff.I put in a Graviton fire Eater for two reasons.Reason one is it uses up fire quanta outside of just having your fire bolt.Remember rainbow decks need effective ways to use up the quanta you get in many ways.Ontop of that non-upgraded they have 5 HP which means even elite oty cant eat them unless they get damaged. And the bonus to them is they only cost 2 quanta to stick out which means you get put him out there quick.Oty got a bit more difficult when the price went up to 4 which was the main inspiration for putting in the Graviton.

Obviously Firefly Queen is there to fill up space possibly used for oty fodder if you dont have boneyard or malignent cells in play. But I like to use her for constant damage gain and output. The steals are to only be used on permanents that are in your way nothing else. You can use them to steal pillars if you need them but I like to save them for things like fire shield or wepons that kill the strategy such as lobotimizer or Owl's Eye which hurts your monster control.

The main Idea of this deck and the tweaks is to give you a full field of monsters that can constantly grow stronger or give you means to make yourself stronger.Because you can fill up your field completly you can play the two empathic bonds and your hp regens over 60 per turn and this isnt hard to pull off.I wanted to use a slower 60 card deck to deal with people who try to stall out and deck people out.Obviously if you have a miracle put it in or some shards those are up to you. This deck isnt upgraded so anyone can get it.However in the event that you do upgrade it here is my suggestion for the order.

First:Fallen Elf to Fallen Druid-Gives you improved mutation which lets you turn those malignent cells skeltons or fireflies into big hitter monsters plus it gets 3/3 stats so maxwells demon or non-upgraded oty's can eat it.

Second:Nova to Super Nova-At the first upgrade you wont notice much difference they all need to be upgraded for you to truly feel it.Being able to generate 2 quanta to each element means you can spam your cards out much faster and control the situation.seeing as how most of these cards are 4 quanta or less to play it makes this deck play out MUCH faster.

Third:Quantum Pillars to Quantum Towers-When you get the Nova's uped the deck speeds up but with plain quantum towers your generation speed can be a bit slower because there are 15 towers as apposed to the typical 20 for 60 card decks.Upgrading these will once again let you get cards out faster and maintain a steady stream of plays without stalling out.

Fourth:What ever you want.At this point it comes down alot to what cards you get the most use out of.If you dont have a miracle at this point Firefly Queen might be good so you can get those fire quanta generated quicker. The reason this helps is firebolt. But its up to you.

Downsides to this deck.No such thing as perfect so here goes. The deck uses 60 cards which always means your draws can sometimes be a bit bad.It isn't upgraded so you cant farm gods with it to well.It uses slightly less quantum pillars then is normal for current 60 card decks so sometimes you will find yourself starving for quanta and unable to act.The upgrades to them changes that but point stands.Your monster spamming and full field can play into your oponents hands if you cant get the right cards.Nothing is immune so at anytime your monsters can be targeted by multiple cards from firebolt to fire rain or lightning which means you can be dismantled by someone clever.

Fix's

If you have a miracle obviously dont upgrade the Firefly queen and take out your firebolt.Put in a Anubis so you can give your monsters immortality which can make a big difference in certain situations.Pulling out arsenic and putting in Black Hole when fighting other rainbow decks can save you and cripple them and makes the deck more viable against fake gods.Also.If you do upgrade your firefly queen remove arsenic and put in the rare fire wepon (forgot name) which has a similar effect to firebolt which makes you able to put out more damage.

Other effective cards to use are earthquake, enchant artifact, and graboid.

Please offer some feedback on how I could improve it or if you like it I'd love to hear.

I'll bet most of us just tl;dr'ed that.  But I didn't, and you seem to have a pretty solid grip on things.  I wouldn't ever use an unupped FFQ just because I had a Miracle in my deck, though.

In essence (no pun intended), you have the quanta-usage philosophy right, but you've lost the consistency principle along the way.  Decks like the PuppyChow rainbow FG killer work even though they only have 1 of almost all of their important cards because they are tiny little decks that can consistently get those necessary cards out.

Truth be told, if you're hunting FG's, you don't need to clog up your deck with random critters that aren't going to be absolutely game-swinging.  With the addition of Quintessence to the game, just one or two of those game-swinging creatures (specifically Otyugh, FFQ, and/or Druid depending on your playstyle and opponent) is all you need.

Wasting time drawing a Chrysora, Lava Golem, or Fire Eater when you could have been drawing an Otyugh, Quintessence, or Golden Hourglass is fail.

Having said that, adding 6 Sundials to a Time-mark deck doesn't seem to be a necessarily bad idea.  But trim it down as much as you can without the Sundials, and then add them back in.  (I'm assuming your Mark is Time.)

Also, Novas aren't nearly as effective as their older brother Supernova.  I'd use more Quantum Pillars until you can get your Novas upgraded.

If something happens and you think it deserves my attention, feel free to PM me. Other than that, I'm probably here if you want to shoot the breeze.
