and yes i could use some freezes or add a water shield to stall. DevilLoss sometimes my water pillars come more earlier in the game and i can use blue crawler to attack the opponent while waiting to summon my forest spirits which then i could apply adrenaline and works the same and evens them when using both my life and water quantum.
