I wanted to incorporate Flood into this deck but it seems better without it and just using the Toadfish for CC.

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
7aj 7bu 7bu 5ie 5ie 5ie 5ie 5ii 5ii 5ii 6rq 6rq 6rq 6rq 7aj 7am 7am 7ap 7ap 7ap 7bu 7bu 7bu 7bu 7gm 7gm 7gm 7mt 7mt 7mt 7mt 7mt 8pp

It seems like the deck is a bit too slow to be of any use...

The Goals of the Deck:
To get a lot of Toadfish on the field for CC and damage (Mitosis+SoR)
To get a Steam Machine powered up (SoR)
To Spam the more tough Abyss Crawlers (Mitosis+SoR)
To live long enough (Feral Bond)
To have backup plans

Now I was thinking of maybe changing the mark to Life and replacing the Bonds with SoGs. Maybe -1 Abyss Crawler -1 Steam Machine?
Edit: Life Mark makes getting out Toadfish much harder. Guaranteed 5 Heals is nice but it allows the enemy to get out a lot more creatures faster. Makes shield quicker but it becomes more necessary since there's no Toadfish. (Note, I only tested with unupped Water Pendulums.)

I have the Abyss Crawlers in there because they can tank more CC than Toadfish and cost less so SoR might not be needed to spam them and I have the Steam Machines in there to build up damage if spamming wouldn't work. Plus, they (at least the upgraded versions) can tank a lot of damage.

So any thoughts and suggestions? I'm going to upgrade the Steam Machines eventually when I have the electrum.

How about grinding for two more SoRs and then replacing the damselflies with them, so you can split the SoRs between Steam Machines and Toadfish? It would also cut your deck down to 30 cards and give you fewer bad draws.

That's a good idea but Toadfish are rather weak and killed easily so the point is to mitosis one that has survived and create more thus having a ton that can poison creatures instead of just one. They don't usually last long (especially the mitosis+SoR ones) but they last long enough to keep up a decent flow of Toadfish. Thanks for the reply!
