The rustler deck is an old favorite of mine. Rustler's effect is one of the most powerful quanta generation effects in the game, but it has the drawback of being a very a very fragile card. Luckily there are several ways to deal with the fragility of rustler. You can go a more rainbow direction and add more targets, but that will dilute the pool of light quanta available. I much prefer a second method: buffing the rustler. Thankfully with a life/light build it is very easy to get buffs in the form of blessing. Yes, using a blessing will use the equivalent of 6 life quanta when you factor in the rustler conversion, but it is worth it to keep the rustler on the play field; without the rustler, the deck is dead.
Now lets talk deck symantics. You will want the deck to be 30 cards to have your best chance at drawing the cards you need to make the combo work. For a deck like this a 10 light pillar base is generally standard. Without buffs, you want 6 rustlers to make sure you always have 1, but extra rustlers are redundant and waste a slot. Here 4 should be enough to ensure you have 1, but not too many so that they set in your hand wasted. With mitosis, 6 dragons is overkill, we'll lower that to 5 to make some room. We'll lower Mitosis to 3 as it fits a more support role for extra damage. with our 8 remaining spots we will go with 4 blessing for buffing the rustlers and 4 heals to give the deck more staying power in a longer fight.
Hope this is helpful.
