This deck runs quite decent if I have 3 or 4 pillars/pend at start but if I start only with 1 pendulum it will be quite sure a loss.
The momentuns are used for Otys and for the CDs so that they can punch thru shields as well. The Accel are used for the Chargers and the dragons or in rare times against enemy creatures.

Issues: nothing against some specific weapons like Owl Bow or Discord.

Assuming you're going to farm AI3, I'd go with the basic -

Take out the BH. There's only one rainbow guy. Not worth it.

Take out 1 titan. Seriously, you'll only ever need 1.

To slim it down to 30 cards, you'll need to take 2 more cards out. 1 gravity shield and one Otyugh could do it.

You can, however, take an alternate route and proceed by taking out some more "core strategy things". These are all matter of preferences. I'd personally do the next method :

(Back at the 32 cards with -1 Titan -1BH)

I would:

Take out 3 Colossal Dragons, 1 Gravity Shield, and 1 Momentum.

The reason to this is that you're going to replace them with Armagios. They're cheaper (5 quanta), can provide a meatwall (25 HP and GPull skill), and are great acceleration tactics. You can do it with 3 Magios.

Your deck will then have Sapphires, Armagios, 2 Gravity Shields, 2 Momentums, 2 Otyugh, 1 Titan, 2 Accelerations, and filled with a pendulum / pillar division. You may choose to keep the otyughs for annoying creatures, but I'd generally take them out (Both otyughs, together with lasting 2 Gravity Shields) for 2 Pillars and 1 more momentum + accel (Thus leaving you with 3 Momentums, 3 Accels, and 3 Armagios - A buff to buff ratio.) That's, however, a matter of preference. I just prefer attack over the slightest of defenses.

Take out black hole. Take out gravity shields, and cut down to 30 cards. Next, actually decide on a SINGLE theme what your deck is based around. Momentumed otys? Accelerated dragons? Accelerated armagios? Straight up charger rush?

Ok. Currently in testing a modified deck.
-3 dragons, -1 gravity shield, -1 Titan, +3 Armagios and +1 Accel.

I let the 2 Otys in the deck because they saved me several times.

Dropping another accel and armagio for pillars/pendulums would probably be a good idea.

Alternately, how about going armagio accel?
PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.

13 is about solid for 30 , but if you are not trying to take any more cards out I think going up to 14 sources . It's hard to say , hopefully with the new 32 card list you don't run into any issues .

Where do you play this deck ? AI3 or Arena ?

@Armagio + Accel : maybe dropping 2 Momentum since there are already a good deal of Chargers in the deck would work ? That drops the deck down to 30 .

Currently I play AI3 but I would like to use it also for the arena. 1 sapphire charger is already upped to elite charger but I'm not sure if I can use that one in the arena.

The armagio + accel (+ momentum) trick works better than dragons with accel (+ momentum).  To get the deck down to 30 cards it seems to be neccessary to remove 1 armagio and 1 accel.
Or I add one gravity pillar to the deck and increase it to 33 cards instead of removing any cards.

When starting to upgrade this deck is it better to upgrade the chargers first but after this which cards should I upgrade?

I'm not a good gravity player, but my upgrade order would go, after the chargers, the Otyughs. The +2 HP boost is amazing. After, the armagio, which retains the same cost but for 5 extra HP. Upgrading the accels and the pillar pends in alternations is the best route as Accel Upgraded costs one more, but at the same time gives one more damage.

Finally, Upgrade the gravity shields and the momentums.

(Note that, as the gravity shields and momentums have a cost reduction when upgraded, you can choose to upgrade them alternatively with the accel instead of pillars.)
