Hi, and welcome to the forums!

It looks like a decent mono-fire deck. You've got a good balance of quanta, forms of permanent control and creature control, as well as heavy damage. However, all of the things you put here are quite expensive. Consider replacing a few cards with less expensive alternatives. For example, dragons with phoenixes (cheaper cost, more survivable), using other forms of creature control like fire bolt (direct damage capability) or rage potion(faster and better for single targets)--  a little more versatility never hurts! Don't be afraid to mix things up or fiddle around!

Also, what opponents are you currently using it on/trying to focus on? It's been a while since I've been playing a lot, but from the looks of it you've got the beginnings of a AI-3 farmer.

This (UTAlan's QI calculator) is a good tool for calculating your quanta balance while you mess around with stuff.

We also have a wide variety of tutorials and guides here that can be very useful in all sorts of elements related stuff, deckbuilding included.

Welcome to the forums!

As Aves mentioned, you've got the beginnings of a great deck which is just a tad expensive. Of course it wouldn't matter much in a fatter deck, but the thing here is that you want the deck to be fast. Also you have Fahrenheit as a weapon, which just gets stronger with more fire quanta. Which is why it'd be better to have cheaper cards, like Phoenixes instead of Dragons and Rage Potions or Fire Bolts instead of Rain of Fires.

The main way to improve a deck is to test it like hell. Every time you lose, mentally note what caused the loss (like getting low quanta, no Rain of Fire when you needed it etc.). Also look at what helped you win. Taking these into mind you can improve your deck, and see if it works better. Deckbuilding is a long process, but getting a working and original deck made by yourself is well worth it.
When you play the game of thrones, you win or you die. There is no middle ground.

Just by looking at it, I think you're stacking fire quanta and relying on that 1 fahrenheit. I suggest if you're going to quanta stack, fire bolts have much more synergy than say, RoF.
In mono element deckbuilding usually you would want to have at least 2 copies of each card - this way you have a better draw chance. Or else you might just keep drawing but never get that one card you need T_T
