Never, ever, trust random quanta...
besides, why do you need 2 weapons?
Might as well take out novas too. Whittle it down to 30 cards. I suggest a mono-entropy, a lycanthrope deck, or a mutation deck. Not a combination of all 3.

I usually use the lycans as mutation fodder
I have the butterfly effect there since well... I need it since I can't use deflag..

Your deck is rather unpredictable in terms of its draws--needs to be sized down for reliability. I suggest that you adopt something like this: fallen elves mutate defensively--if they accidentally turn your opponent's creatures into something nice, antimatter. dragons for damage, butterflied micro aboms (they only work upgraded, guess you'll have to use rustlers) for creature control.

Change mark to 
-4 quantum pillar, -1 short sword, -1 maxwell's demon, -3 abomination, -3 lycanthrope, -5 chaos seed, -4 nova [-21]
+1 fallen elf, +1 purple dragon, +2 rustler, +1 antimatter, +3 amethyst pillar [+8]
 
And there you have a 30 card deck, albeit slightly tight on  quanta. Do try it.
