First of all, I agree with most of the above suggestions. To win with a mindgate deck like yours, you're relying on the mindgates to copy the opponents pillars and creatures/cards while stalling with shields. To pull this off more effectively, I'd recommend lowering the deck size and making this deck mono-aether to increase the speed and efficiency of your deck. This will allow you to get out the essential mindgates faster and make full use of your opponents cards.
Example:
61o 61o 61o 61o 61o 61o 61o 61o 61o 61o 61o 61o 61o 61o 61o 61r 61r 61r 61r 61t 61t 61t 61t 61t 61t 623 623 623 623 623 623
Feel free to mess with the number of copies of some of the cards. However, you probably shouldn't have much less than 15 pillars, or else you may not be able to keep up continued mindgate usage/shield chaining/PU'ing. Since I haven't actually tested a mindgate deck before, this is just my analysis of it. The exact number of copies of the cards should probably be messed with after testing. Good Luck!
If you're worried about the lack of quantum, when your opponent draws a quantum production card, your multiple copies of mindgate will most likely let you create two or three copies of that card.
