The "One Man's Trash" was to be 35 cards, which is why this is the size it is.
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink

Basic idea is to swarm via Pharaoh, but presently poison and any deck with the fire shield just point and laugh at it.

Thoughts?

i think that fate eggs are better than reverse time on the skeletons. and probably you need more pilars or change the mark for death and use time pendulums.

Very susceptible to bad draws, I think. 4 time factories, out of 35 cards. And skeleton+rewind is a unnecessary 2 card combo.
Replace all your skeletons with fate eggs.
-6 rewind
-6 quantum pillars
+6 time factories
+4 time pendulums
+2 death pendulums
+2 bone pillars

Tried this; it became actively worse, unfortunately.  Fate Eggs instead of Skeletons removed some small early game damage (and potential fodder for the Scarabs), lack of Rewind left it unable to influence the opponent's early game, and with no Quantum Pillars, half of whatever came up with Fate Eggs that survived to hatch became less-than-optimal because the card's ability was not available.  :(

QI on both Death and Time is way low.  I'd almost say forget the Quantum Pillars in favor of more Death/Time pillars, possibly take out the Skull Shields even.  This is a cumbersome combo as is, you don't need to hurt your QI even more by trying to be able to use creature abilities (which by the way isn't nearly as interesting as using mutant abilities).
