It's a bit slow. You want cheaper cards to compensate for the greater number of cards. Here's what I suggest.

-3 Emerald Dragon
-1 Jade Dragon
-5 Empathic Bond
-1 Emerald Shield

+1 Horned Frog
+3 Heal
+6 Adrenaline

This would definitely make the deck a lot faster.

May I suggest it's too big? It's not necessary and it randomizes the draw and hinders your speed. I see that this deck is not designed for speed though, it's more heal oriented, but a heal deck that can't set up fast is a goner.

I searched it, it made very little sense to me . I guess if I don't read the book I'll never get it. 42 is just a plain ordinary number that is bad when it comes to deck size . And didn't Douglas Adams say:
  "The answer to this is very simple. It was a joke. It had to be a number, an ordinary, smallish number, and I chose that one. Binary representations, base thirteen, Tibetan monks are all complete nonsense. I sat at my desk, stared into the garden and thought '42 will do.' I typed it out. End of story."

That means there's nothing awesome about the number, it's just a plain random number, am I not correct?
