What can i improve???

Not bad. If I were to use it, I'd probably change it with-
-2 Dissipation shields- Dis. Shield really isn't something you want in the early game- at that stage, you really don't have that much quanta, and can't afford to have it drained.
-1 dragon.
+2 Abominations- This makes your quanta cost the same, but helps to spread the hp.
+3 Butterfly Effect- I noticed you don't have any PC, which you'll definitely want.
PC is a good thing, especially as this isn't a rush deck.
-3 pillars- You can afford to cut some pillars. While Dis. Shield does require high quanta, 17 pillars in a 37 card deck is still quite enough. In fact, I think it works out better than 20 pillars in a 38 card deck because of the better draws.

Out of curiosity, what are you planning to use this deck against?

yes your right i will take off 2 dissipation but for the butterfly effect i need something whith less attack ( lower than 3 is needed )
 And the deck i use it with shriekers and phoenix ( paradox)

Whoops. My bad. Forget what I said about the butterfly effect, then. You could add in maybe 2 Schrodinger's Cats and 2 butterfly effects.
As for what you're using it against, I don't mean your demons, I mean what level of AI are you using this deck against? I'm assuming AI3 right now.
