This deck isn't very consistent in silver. Any ideas on how i can improve it?

Not sure if 6 SN are still the best but eh. You use a lot of , 11 in particular. That seems a lot. I'd replace the fire shield with a deflag or something. Also not sure about the hourglasses. They're really expensive unupped. Have you tried precog? Or RT for control?

Ditch the FFQ and Morning Star for a Crusader and Fog Shield. Swapping a Graboid for a Pulvy is also recommended. And as this is unupped, you might want to add 2-3 more Pillars.

added precogs,crusader, fog shield and pulverizer  took out fire shield, morning glory, hourglasses, runs a bit smoother

Pretty sure supernova is an upped card.

Do not use pulvy, you're going to use its ability twice at best, probably once. Take it out, put graboid back in. Take out black hole, i dont think theres alot of rainbows in bronze and silver. Replace it with deflag. Oh yeah and put morning glory back in, it's way better than unupped crusader, and you wont have a weapon to endow very often.
