There's not a whole lot you can do about Fractal/Devourer decks, since they're based on quanta denial and Fractal. However, there are some details we can change here. First of all, you almost never need 6 Fractals. They tend to clog up the hand, and we need more space for pendulums. I consider 4 Fractals to be enough. 5 works, but you need to focus a -lot- in a duo Fractal deck.
Steals are useful, but Drain Life has rarely helped me much. It's too weak to serve as effective CC early game, and late-game you either have your opponent locked down or you're dead. You can afford to remove those, and add dragons if damage output is a problem for speed. With Minor Vamps, it often is.
