IMPROVING DECK - TRADING ?

how can i get better cards?
For the moment I can only hope to spin well wen I win a battle.....but I'm asking if there is the possibility to buy uncommon or rare cards or to trade with others users as you can do in real life card game.
Every time I try to play level 5, the opponent has better cards and higher HPs.
So how can get them?

how can i get better cards?

Buy good cards at the bazaar. Upgrade them by completing all the quests and paying 1500 electrum.
Play T50; it gives out a lot of rares.
