***TRIALS RESPONSE***This deck seems to just take a little bit of everything from each element, perhaps with the hope of creating a versatile, balanced deck. In it's current form however, it isn't very consistent, and many of the cards have little synergy with each other. You could just move to a Fire Stall or Raging Angels build, but since that's already been done before let's try and keep the "balanced and versatile" theme and just refine it.
With access to high attack creatures, durable creatures, excellent CC and PC, and non-creature damage, Fire is already an incredibly versatile element. One of the few things Fire can't do is healing, which Light excels at, so combining the two elements gives us all the tools we could want to make a versatile deck.
My suggestions:-2 Solar Shield: This shield can really accelerate your quanta generation against creature heavy decks, but we're probably going to want to take advantage of Fire's many CC options, so if everything goes as planned there won't usually BE very many enemy creatures on the field.
-2 Immolation, -2 ash eater: as mesa already pointed out, the immolations are kind or out of place in a control deck like this one. We don't need the speed too much, and it forces us to rely on a combo, thus decreasing consistency.
-5 fire pillars, -5 light pillars, +10 fire pends, +3 fire pillars: switching to pends helps make the draws more consistent. Many of my other suggestions increase the overall cost for the deck, so an increase in quanta generators is called for.
-2 Sanc, +1 Miracle: I like the card advantage gained by concentrating your healing into a few powerful cards, and three miracles helps insure you draw one in time.
-2 blessing, -2 angel, -2 fire spirit, +6 Phoenix: converting our offense to Phoenixes increases both the durability and speed of the deck.
+1 Rage Potion, +2 Fire Bolts, +1 Fire Shield: Moar Creature Control! The fire bolts can also be save for a little extra direct damage if you're concerned about deckout.

The final result has PC, lots of CC, good healing, and is resistant to creature control, all while being acceptably fast despite the small number of attackers.
