I really don't know how to make this deck work, but I have an idea.

Ok, what do you want it to work for?  What are you looking to beat with it?

I want it to be mostly for AI5 farming

It seems pretty well built ^_^ you might want +1 jade shield or +2 fog, along with +1 eagle eye because of 40 cards since a lot of the time AI5 will get out damage faster than you can, and they have double your health. Fire quanta also usually comes out slowly if you're planning on bolting the opponent, so maybe take away the fire lances for fire storms for extra CC. This is really well built though already

Elite Fireflies, just like Firefly Queen (the actual FG) get's it.

I know it might slow down your FFQ production slightly, but you'd get a better quanta balance if you went -6 Emerald Tower, -6 Air Tower, +12 Air Pendulum.  You might want to try it both ways.

Also, if you're shooting to use the Fire Lances as a quick finishing blow, consider Unstable Gas instead.  It's more vulnerable since it's a permanent, but you'll get more damage out of it in the vast majority of cases.
