I think this stall might just work against T50 or maybe even AI5. I have doubts about FG, I played two of them, and I won one due to a (currently rated, might happen more often than currently thought) great hand of 6 Quantum Towers, a Dissipation Field, and a SoG. I don't think this should be played in PvP because people there tend to be slow as the connections can get messed up. The AI is fast going.

Swap out 6 QT's for Leaf Dragons, lol.  Then every quantum you generate becomes 2 , potentially doubling the shield's strength.

The best dissipation stall deck would use QT's, rustlers, RoL's, fractals, and epinephrines/green nymphs. RoL's produce four light with epinephrine, rustlers turn this into 8 life quanta per RoL. Miracles could also be used.

Of course, you may as well just use a fractal hope instead.

your honestly not the first with a idea like this.
i suggest you test your deck (in the trainer first).

im pretty sure you will recognise the main problem of this deck pretty fast:

too mutch towers! i know you aim for the dissipation field, but...
... with that decks it pretty unlikely to even draw one.
on the worst scenario you have 34! turns, drawing nothing else then towers.
i know the odds are low for such a bad draw, but even 10 turns without doing nothing will be your dead.
usually i recommend atleast 1/3 of your deck should something else then towers/pillars.
and a 60 card deck needs drawing power like hourglasses
