Is this a "charge" deck?

It's a speed rainbow, but I really just use all the creatures to weaken the creature and fractal something devastating near the end. For instance, I have a bunch of creatures out and the AI is at around 40 hp, I fractal Flesh Recluses for another 40+ damage. Or at the beginning after a bunch of supernovas, I fractal forest spectres and grow them all.

It's also kind of slow, so I use it for medium-fast EMs on Halfbloods.
