I think the damage to health ratio decreases as health goes higher, so you may be better off Pulting Titans individually than getting a Chimera together...

This is true, but in theory if you had enough titans, you could kill someone in one hit.  I have no idea how many that would be, though; I haven't played around with catapult enough.  A catapulted titan does somewhere in the 30s for damage, I think.  The chimera would give that extra option, but I don't know how useful that would actually be.  I'd probably try without it, and if you need it, you can always try one again.
The game limits creatures to a maximum of 499 attack and health. A creature with 499 health would still throw for less than 100 damage. Freezing the chimera would boost the damage over 100, but 200 is simply out of reach.

Actually, the total damage is portrayed by an exponential curve, with the max damage coming out at around 100, no matter your HP, and as the damage approaches 100 it gets slower and slower.  For example, a 5000 HP'd catapult target does 98 damage, while a 1000 HP'd catapultee does 91.  If you could get 8 titans on the board, that would be 80 damage, and if you froze it, it would be 120.  You can see here that it would be smarter to just let titans attack once their HP adds less than 8 damage to the catapult, so for 8 titans, it is smarter to chimera and freeze 4 of them, and then let the other 4 attack normally, giving you 132 damage.  Take into consideration that a 5000 HP creature would do 147 damage when frozen, so you can see how fast the dropoff is.

[499 HP Titan 'pult w/o Freeze]
[100 * 499]/[100 + 499]
49900/599
~83.31
84 damage.

[w/ Freeze]
~83.31 * 1.5
~124.96
125

You are definitely better off running 6 Pults and PUing the Titans to launch all at once.

One thing that should be noted is that you don't HAVE to 'pult Titans right away.  If you mix in some ODs, you should be able to lower Max Hp to an acceptable range before mass pulting.

You do if you are worrying about reverse time or improve or freeze -> shockwave or GP + creatures. That eliminates many of the FGs who didn't already beat this deck through abundance of PC or shield bypassing damage,

That's assuming you use the same tactic for each.  Of course, you change your strategy from FG to FG.  If they are heavy PC but light on CC, then you Fly them and let them sit as creatures.  If there's plenty of CC and no PC, keep up 'til you can Pult safely.  If both, keep them in your hand until you can Fly them immediately for Pulting.  Et cetera.

Just thought of this, but you might want to add in ONE silence when playing against a FG with RTs.  That way, if you need to do a mass titan + PU spam then catapult next turn for a semi-2tk, you can do so without fear.
