EDIT: I appreciate the help I've received here, but I've managed to almost fully upgrade my deck and should be capable of taking it on my own from here. Thank you for all the help guys.

Some of the biggest problems I come across is my druid/queen getting killed/lobo'd. Obviously it would be nice if it got started faster, but that will surely come with upgraded towers.

Any suggestions? I'm also not sure what to upgrade next.
The solution is 3 quints. Let me just modify this slightly for you:

-1 dimensional shield, +1 quint, +1 rain of fire, +1 bone wall, -1 sundial, -1 gravity shield

I'm not sure if 14 pillars in 41 cards is sufficient but I suppose stalling helps with the quanta generation as well. You can up half your pillars to towers, and then maybe look at an SoG or two.

Much appreciated union, I'll post an update when I test it out a few times.

EDIT: Would putting another steal/1-2deflags be worthwhile for permanent control? Most games I find myself choosing between Fallen Druid and Queen for the final Quint (usually goes to the druid), but if I had some control over lobo/eternities, I would be able to play all of them.

New deck updated above. I made the changes you suggested, and also added a couple more pillars because I was noticing some shortages early on. I think upping towers will help this, but right now I can only afford to up 3 of them.

Updated the deck. I now have 8 towers, and the deck feels a little bit bulky. Should I start slimming it down, or should I wait until I have more upgrades? I re-added the gravity shield because currently my win rate is fairly low, and provided I draw gravity shield early, it enables a win 90% of the time against Osiris, and 50% against Graviton (87% of statistics are made up on the spot).

you have to upgrade the cards that become ceahper eg: rain of fire ---> firestorm. then your deck becomes faster

I've been upgrading towers and it's helped me a ton. Usually when I need Rain of Fire, I already have more than enough Fire Quantum. A situation where 2 fire Quantum is going to save me is rare, but faster quantum from tower placement definitely helps almost every single game.

I think he's aware of this.  No matter what he upgrades first, there's always going to be an intermediate step while he gets the rest of it done.

Yes, I'm quite aware that upgrading is better than not upgrading. The difficulty is deciding what to upgrade first.

Would getting SoG's be worth it now? By getting some SoG's, I can start working towards using PuppyChow's FG killer deck (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1748.0.html). It will also likely allow me to start slimming down my deck.

I would say yes. SoGs solve a whole bunch of problems that bonds fail to fix.

How do you think they will slim down your deck?

The problem with Puppy's deck is that you can't really "transition" to it.  You need to upgrade most (if not all) of the cards, and then fully switch to it at once.  Don't get me wrong, it's a great deck (I use it, too), but get ready for a long and tedious grind period to get it built up.
