I've always wanted a deck that could quickly finish off my opponents. It took me a while to balance this according to QI, but my preferences are slightly different.

Why the lone time tower? Can't you just do +2 pends - :time and :gravity tower?

Take QI with salt. There is no absolute proof that 5 is the best, and even then, the QI changes based on what type of deck you're running. What's with the lone turtle shield? Perhaps swap it with an AW?

I always did lean more towards the more quanta side rather than "perfect balance". The turtle shield actually helps in delaying damage a surprising amount, and I seem to have enough AW.
