This can be a fast deck with a lot of damage potential, but it lacks anything for defense. Its frailty could cause it to be outrushed, especially on a bad draw. Adding 2 Solar Shields can provide extra quanta and a little damage reduction. 2 Thunderbolts will be very helpful for defense, allowing you to kill one of their strongest creatures. This means 4 cards have to be taken out. The first card I removed was a Twin Universe. By the time you play the first Twin Universe, you'll be close to winning the game, so you won't need more than 1 over the course of the game. With 3, you can still reliably draw one in time. It's also safe to remove an Aether Pendulum since you need less Aether quanta because of having one less TU and you'll need less Light quanta because of the Solar Shields. Lastly, removing 1 Pegasus shouldn't be too big of a problem. With 5, you will still reliably have one when you need it. And with only 5 Pegasi, you won't need a 6th Damselfly. The final deck will be this.

In reference to your deck #3:

It appears you are going for an AI3 deck with a decent pillarless rush and a fair chance to EM.  It could definitely use another heal for EM power.  I would say 5+ is standard for collecting a good amount of EMs, but with this format and construction it is gonna be really hard to squeeze in another heal without seriously messing up the EM chance.  So another option would be to try to speed up the rush.  Adding cremations and fire damage is always a good direction to head.  I started by switching your mark to earth to try and make up for some of loss of :earth quanta generation you will lose out on by cremating gemfinders.  Then I added in some fire stuff to use up that tasty fast quanta generated, particularly MPs so that you can still power your :earth stuff by giving you additional cremation targets.  Lastly, by switching the mark and changing the long sword(s) to a gavel, you will get a little extra damage.  This deck is now fairly stable and moves quickly for a pillarless deck.

Here are the changes I would make to optimize this deck:

Less Antlions/Pillars: Pillars aren't quite so needed, especially since we'll replace them with Pends, and the Antlion's slot is better used on a GotP.
No Precognitions: Simply put, you have better ways to spend your :time than with Precognition, so we'll do so.
Ghosts of the Past: Graboids hit hard, Golems hit hard, Ghosts of the Past hit hard. Fun stuff.
RTs: Give you that extra edge vs. other rush deck and really any other creature-based decks, these cards are so useful it's hard to describe.
More Pends: With the addition of Ghosts of the Past and removal of Pillars, we're going to need some extra Pendulums, so here they are.

While I feel that this is the best variant, you can of course feel free to make your own further changes, Precogs if you really want them, Antlions, Golems, BBs, QS, the possibilities are endless.
I ask nothing of humanity but fairness in all things, but I do not expect even that.
