This is my current deck, and am trying to have a deck with mutation as a main stratagy. Any ideas?

What I posted is far from optimal, but its a good idea of the direction you want to go to.

Something like that, yes. The problem is in the trio- it's really hard to both balance the quanta and keep speed so that you don't get immediately outrushed.
