You spawn m. phoenixes and nightmare them, I f the opponent has fire quanta he can play the phoenixes and they'll will die by fireshield turning them into ash, lobotomize the ash and they'll have only useless ash on the field

I need to get the combo more quick

The strategy really just needs a complete change, try making it a fractix or something...

Power nightmares off cremations for consistency. Add a fractal for damage? Actually, I don't get the combo. You can just nightmare some other creature. No need for the phoenix slaughter unless you use the death effects, which will make the deck be a pure counter to a fire AI. I dunno how to save this.

Interesting idea, though you can get rid of the :aether in the deck completely, it looks like it's just clumped in there. And, like what was said above, nightmare can easily be powered by cremation.
