Having general quanta issues https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=14259.msg180258#msg180258

So I have my deck which is a duo Entropy/Aether and I need help on it. That's pretty much it. I posted it in the Duo/Trio//Quartet section but I think that was the wrong section. Anyways, sorry for the re-post and feel free to axe the topic over there.

Code: [Select]
6ts 6ts 6ts 6ts 6ts 6ts 6tu 6tu 6tu 6tu 6tu 6u8 6u8 6u8 6u8 6u8 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 808 808 808 808 808 80a 80a 80a 80a 80a 80a 80h 80h 80h 80h 80j 80j 80j
So, read the title. I have quanta issues usually with my entropy early game when I'm trying to destroy those permanents. Also, draws are pretty slow. Any suggestions?

you should try using the quanta index thing that has a mathimatical way to determine how many pillars you need in a deck (formula is quanta cost to play a card plus cost of abilities divided by 5). if you're having set up issues then trim down the deck. Mabye a few pulvy's instead of having a whole bunch of butterfly effects (although could lead to bad draws)

It's quite simple, really.. if you're truly having issues with entropy quanta (and it isn't simply a case of bad draws), replace a few of your cards with Amethyst towers (I'd try switching a few of those pendulums, if you have ample aether quanta).  It's all about balance.

You can, of course, calculate your QI to help understand where the problem is -- but the main idea is to just keep tweaking and testing the deck until it feels right.  Here is a link to more information on QI and how to use it: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,5676.0.html

Seen/tried this deck?

Do you really need that much control cards? Use the ones that you'll get from your opponent instead.

I guess. I made the deck some time ago and I kind of forgot about it, made it just for laughs in the beginning.
Mindtheft is probably better tho, you're right.
