Tooled around with this deck some. The basic idea seems okay, but it's prone to inconsistency, probably pillar-related. It's also vulnerable early game to things like Accel bursting the Eggs before they hatch. Input on improving its stability and performance for farming Elders would be appreciated.

This deck is heavily dry on :life quanta. Your Mark is alone for generating several high cost cards, making your deck extremely slow.

Cards that don't mean much benefit are your Anubis; while being cool, they cost a lot and require two off-element quanta. Surely you already realized how hard it is with only two Quantum Pillars, so you can take them out. To lighten your life quanta, you can either take out the shields (most expensive and not part of your main strategy) or replace Anibus and 'Other' cards with more quanta. Test a bit to find good balance with using Time Factories and Time Pendulums. If you have, Eternity fits greatly here, otherwise Reverse Time also helps buying you some time early on. For the creature control part: There isn't much you can do about that.

Note: Shard of Readiness on an Egg allows you to hatch it immediately, and you will gain two copies of the hatched creature. Just in case you want to improve this later on when you got some of those shards.

Replacing at least some of the Factories with Pends and/or Quantum Pillars is priority #1, filed under 'W' for "why didn't I think of that sooner." Thanks for the reminder, there. I'm loathe to remove Anubis because he provides a guaranteed heavier hitter (for when the Eggs hatch Photons et al) and the Quint ability protects the Mitosis-farming. Is there a lower cost protection I'm blanking on, or is protecting the hatchery just not a viable strategy?

Well, 5 attack for 8 cost is awful for an hitter, and as stated, gaining two :aether quanta is gonna be very hard, especially as you can only target one creature.
Other ways of protection would be Quintessence, doing the same as Anubis' (and Turquoise Nymph's) ability as a spell, but it still costs 4 :aether, and you have to draw it early to make use of it. Cloak is the other way, protecting your entire field, but runs for only 3 turns and is disabled by permanent control and area of damage spells.

You see, it is hard to save your Eggs successfully without Shard of Readiness. For now, you should just focus on getting your strategy on as early as possible, with a bit of stall to buy yourself time. Eternity is perfect for that, but Reverse Time and Procrastination (time shield) help too. Removing 'Other' cards completely will surely make it impossible for you to use abilities of non- :life- :time creatures, but allows for much more consistency. For damage, you should be fine most of the time with your never-ending hatch support. If you still find room, feel free to add Ghost of the Past or Devonian Dragon, with the possibility to mitosis them in case of high time quanta.

You have several quantum problems in here, your deck's only viable :life source is your mark and that doesn't do much.
Even if the Quantum Pillars are capable or generating :life, the 1/12(8.3333% per quantum) chance of getting a :life isn't  doing a lot. I understand the reasoning for the Quantum Pillars, though, Fate Eggs might hatch into non-vainilla creatures.
You don't need the Anubis. They're too expensive, and require 2 :aether to get their ability activated, which then again, is hard to get with Quantum pillars.
I would recommend you to swap around the Time Pillars due to excessive Time quanta, put up two eternities instead of RT if you have them and try ugrading the life cards.

Balancing quanta use is always a headache with Fate Egg. You might get no creatures with ability costs or you could get six auburn nymphs all hungry for :gravity
On top of that, unfortunately Fate Egg is just a really inefficient card--the average stats of a hatched creature are usually not worth what you paid for it.

The comments about swapping out some pillars for pendulums are good to listen to. Not only will that help your quanta balance, but splitting between pillars and pendulums also makes your deck more earthquake resistant.

You might want to consider swapping Quantum Pillars for Novas--Nova is a little more consistent and generates 4 turns worth of quanta instantly.

I'm also noticing that your offense is a "slow start but keeps growing" type deal, but most of the stall cards you have aren't going to take effect early on. Both Emphatic Bond and Thorn Carapace take a while before you're going to see much effect. Consider swapping Emphatic Bonds for Shards of Gratitude (if you have them) or maybe Heals, since those two are much better early game healing sources.

The Short Sword isn't really adding much, I'd probably take it out.
