Your main problem is that you are trying to do too much at once. The best decks are the simplest ones, because simple ideas/combinations have better consistency/draw chances than large, complex ones. A deck of 30 cards is always the most consistent in that regard; this is why most stalls rarely go past 40 cards unless they have drawing power via hourglasses or sundials. You have two forms of defense, here: The first being RoL/Hope, which is a very popular deck by itself with many variations.
The other idea you have going on is stalling via massive healing, with the sanctuaries, miracles, SoGs, druidic staves, and heals. You have a couple of options here:
You could cut out the life cards, and focus purely on the classic RoL/Hope combo. For damage, you'd want to splash in a dragon or two to beat up your opponents. From there, you can tinker with the makeup until you have your own unique build of it.
You could cut out the aether, and replace fractal with mitosis for a life/light healing stall deck.
You could focus on massive healing, and focus on those life cards you have-- maybe put in a few animated/flying weapons and adrenalines for the classic adrenastaves deck. Etc, etc.
There's a lot of directions you could go with this, but putting it all in one deck tends to be a bad idea.
