Not really I believe.
Though if you had a Neurotoxin deck against False Gods, you might be able to Aflatoxin both your fields and mass stall with Feral Bonds until the FG died? Dunno. Doesn't seem likely.

Something with 2 Nymphs, 6 Aflatoxin, 2 Skullshield, 4 Empathic Bonds and 6 SoGs would mazbe work, but it's a three colours deck. Dunno if there should be SNovas then..

If you're going to go for decking and you're not taking an eternity, you'll need a bigger deck.

I'd still recommend you keep it, if for no other reason than it's a nymph. The ~900 electrum you get for selling them just isn't worth it.

I realize this is an old thread, but the grey nymph makes a ton of sense for any deck you would have used aflotoxin in.  It's by far the biggest skill cost reduction by taking Aflo down from 8 death (card) to 1 death (grey nymph skill).  You could further use the new Shard of Readiness to spam poison the other creatures, and at 1 death or 0 death to do 2 poison / turn, its pretty powerful.

One fun and strange usage for them is voodoo doll + catapult. Puts 4 poison for 1  and 2  . Plus it puts out a malignant cell... then you have an unending supply of measely 1 pt catapult fodder that can be used to put more poison in them... though 3 quanta for 2 poison might not be worth it. Makes for a neat concept... tricky to make it work though.

Also, filling opponent side w/ malignant cell then casting vulture and plague is a very nasty combo

There just have to be PA's in otrherwise all get destroyed, and there are FG's with mass CC
