Right from the start, this looks like a heavily modified 'Why Bother?' deck, and the modifications are what is hurting it.
Take out at least two shard of readiness, maybe 3. The only creature that really benefits from it is Purple nymph. All the other abilities don't cost very much and/or you don't need the extra quanta from that element.
Take out at least one feral bond. (this isn't a creature heavy deck, only one creature can generate creatures, FFQ, and you need that + quint early when playing FGs for the bonds to make sense. Most of the time you will not get bonds, FFQ, quint early, so this 3 card combo just to gain 1 life per creature per turn is not worth it. Better ways to gain life.
Take out both Otyughs, they are too slow, too susceptible to harm unless you waste quint on them, and you want to save the earth element for activating pulverizer.
Take out Ulitherid. (unnecessary and you need this element for expensive permafrost)
Take out Eternity (You will almost never deck out with two lava destroyers and fractal)
Take out both steals. (too situational to be truly effective, there are better cards in your deck to draw, use pulvy to deal with their permanents)
Add 6 SoGs (Gods are fast, you need to stay alive)
Add Aflotoxin (works really nicely with permafrost)
Optional: add Miracle. (highly debated card, I find it helps with a few FGs and less with others.)
Optional: Take out the Sundials. (Haven't tried this in why bother, I don't think it is necessary, but maybe they would help)
Make those changes and see if you have better success. Keep tweaking it, but the simpler the better.
