An earth based deck that can work? https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=11420.msg140513#msg140513

I've been working on my own earth deck. I didn't just want to copy some idea off the forum. There's an unupgraded anti-AI3 on the forums and in the wiki. This is the anti top 50 version that has a pretty good record. It is failing pretty miserably against AI with 200 HP because it is more of a speed deck. So it now looks like this:

Mark of time

11 stone towers
4 steel golems (or any attacker you prefer) I use the golems because they are so cheap.
6 elite graboids
3 quicksand
3 basilisk blood (upgraded, but who cares)
3 rewind

Main idea: Disrupt the enemy build with quakes. Cast basilisk blood on big attackers. Cast reverse time on your own units to save them or on the opponent if you draw a lot.

I have several other cards, such as elite graboid, heavy armour, elite otyugh, some SoG, and unupgraded rares I might use.

Can a deck like this survive the heavier opponents while I still preserve the main idea or does it need to be reworked entirely?

Thanks

I think this is a good idea. i'm going to mix in a little gravity (my deck is definitely heading to earth/grav) to use with those basbloods. Have some grav pendulums and throw in maybe 3 hourglasses, grav shield for blood, grav pull and momentum. Hmm. You have a good thing going.

Thanks for the answer. Was hoping for more than 1 reply though. I guess my deck is not that interesting.

Going to play in the trainer. I failed to integrate shards into my deck with any success. I'm at a loss now. Otyughs are also problematic because they make the deck even bigger. Maybe a shield or momentum can overcome some of my problems, but I foresee similar increase in size and issues.

How do I make the deck bigger without getting killed? Hourglasses + another spell card maybe?

Thanks for any more input
