Since you're already using Fire, go for Rage Potions. They are Maxwell's Demon's best friend.
Also either go full rainbow or drop to duo. Your clumpy spread across only a few elements isn't efficient enough for a rainbow.
I would re-work the deck this way based on a duo/splash-strategy (and then attempt to reduce the deck size after testing):
Mark
8
Pillars
10
Pillars
4 Rage Potion
4 Firebolt
4 Deflagration
1 Fire Shield
6 Lycanthrope
3 Maxwell's Demon
2 Dissipation Shield
General strategy: Lycanthropes are your kill cards; they will deal the bulk of the damage. They can be raged if necessary. Maxwell's Demon is there for creature control. Firebolt will seriously hurt most opponents and your shields (whichever is the most appropriate at the time) will stall most of them as well. If you can upgrade parts of the deck, Purple Dragons are compatible with Rage Potions; this will allow you to swap out the Lycanthropes for Dragons and switch mark to Entropy for more consistency.
Going full rainbow might actually work better for you, though. Just make sure you're using all the elements as effectively as you can. I'm sure someone else could post a decent Rainbow version of your deck.
