Agreed. Sundials aren't the best nowadays. I would try to cut down your deck into maybe around 40 cards.
I'm going to assume your mark is time because you didn't mention it.
REMOVE:
6 Sundial
1 Golden Hourglass
4 Quantum Tower
1 Quantum Pillar
1 Steal
1 Elite Otyugh
1 Elite Queen
1 Ulitharid
2 Phase Shield
PUT IN:
5 Supernova
1 Nova
1 Arctic Squid
1 Quintessence
1 Bone Wall
Change your mark to Entropy now.
You should now have a 40-card Entropy mark deck that is reliable and fast.
Afterwards, upgrade your last Nova, your Steals, an Enchant Artifact, and your Pulvy (replacing it with a Steal).
In regards to your cards boxed in red:
The Novas are good, but only for unupgraded decks. On the whole, Supernovas are better.
Pulverizers ROCK. You need one in ANY Rainbow deck. However, they eat up a LOT of Gravity quanta unupgraded. I'd suggest waiting to upgrade it, then switching it out with a Steal into your deck.
Arctic Squid is what I suggest you replace your Ulitharid with. Upgrading it is not neccesary; it's better than the Ulitharid at any rate, especially because you're already using up a lot of Aether quanta.
Some players find the Shard of Divinity useful. I personally don't, and many other rainbow builders agree that the Shard of Gratitude fits in a lot better.
Supernovas rock. Put them in
Eagle's Eye is .... good, I guess. It serves as a decent replacement for Eternity or Pulverizer. But you have plenty of creature control already
Hope this helps.
