With the Epinephrine, the creatures will by past some sheilds, it would only be more immune to a Thorn Carapace and a Fire Buckler.

Huh? As far as I know, having epinephrine does not affect a creatures' (in)ability to hit over the shield in any way.

By that I meant it would die faster to Thorn Carapace.

I think you have it backward.  Epi on a scorpion will mean death against a firebuckler or carapace since it will take damage each attack.

the thing is you said more immune, immune means more resistant to, and end makes it more vulnerable to fireshield and thorn.. maybe thats the word you wanted.
